We know that legal documents can feel dense. Below are the questions we hear most often about how these Terms and Conditions work in practice — covering your rights, our obligations, and what to do if something is unclear. Each answer reflects the actual clause that governs the situation.

This agreement applies to every person who opens or uses a sikimlotari account. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law in your region permits account registration and participation.

We will always notify you of material changes via the email address registered on your account before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without advance notice, but the revision date at the top of the document will reflect the change.

You have the right to close your account before the revised terms take effect. Contact our support team via live chat or email, and we will process the closure and arrange any outstanding withdrawal to your UPI or PhonePe account.

Submit a written data access request to our support email as described under Clause 8. We will compile and send your stored account data, transaction records and identity documents within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Jurisdiction depends on your location and local law. For accounts held by persons in India, applicable Indian regulations take precedence. Clause 9 of these Terms sets out the full governing law and dispute resolution framework.

Clause 4 covers all deposits and Clause 5 covers withdrawals, including minimum amounts, verification steps and processing windows for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Your account dashboard also displays current transaction limits in real time.

Start by contacting our support team in writing. If the matter is unresolved within 14 days, Clause 9 sets out our escalation process, which includes independent mediation as the next step before any further legal proceedings are considered.
